1. The price quoted will be based on FOB (free on board ) Indian port basis.

 

2. The Prices will be quoted on US $ (US DOLLAR) or Euro basis

 

3. Lead production time will be 45 days

 

4. Lead production time will start after the approval of production sample.

 

5. Lead time informed will be on ex-factory basis.

 

6. Size, color tone, dimensions and hardware will be as per the production sample approved.

 

7. All the packaging instruction should be provided on the time of quotation of the pricing.

 

8. If the sample has to be sent by courier for the approval the sample cost will be adjusted in the Invoice.

 

    9.    The price quoted will be applicable for Six months.
