2. Is the sample facility available?
Yes the sample facility is available upon request as per your required design and size.
3. What shipping packing policy is followed normally.?
Each piece is packed with a layer of bubble the corners are given protection with the foam corners then the piece is packed in corrugated box with master labeling applied on them from two sides.
We take extra care in the packing that any part which is delicate is given extra protection. Customized packing is also provided for the logo printing, bar code, tags labeling upon the request.
4. What are the shipment delivery options available?
BY Sea, Air or courier.
5. What payment options are there?
L/C 100% irrevocable at sight or 50% Advance T/T and balance against the copy of original shipping documents .
6. What are the pricing term?
The prices are quoted in US$ (US Dollar ) or Euro on Fob Mumbai/ Mundra basis.
7. Is there is option to change specifications in the items on sight?
Yes, Customization is possible for any themes/colour schemes, size, type of wood, hardware etc.
8.Is there option of changing the specification in the item at production process ?
We generally believe to work on the basis of approved production sample. All the items will be in exact shape and design with same color tone and hardware accessories which are in the production sample. Though we will try to do the alteration informed by you if it can be possible.
9. How can I see a range of a specific product category?
You can request us for the sample photos of the product category in which you are interested in and we shall send you pictures of those by e-mail with all specifications.
10. What is the minimum order quantity?
We work on full container load basis. And the minimum order quantity is 12 pcs of each item.
